employee discounts

Dirk Nowitzki and the Mavericks agree to a deal worth $80 million over four years, including a no-trade clause.

Paul Pierce and the Celtics agree to a deal worth $61 million over four years.

Both players do not take the maximum to leave room for the greater good of their respective teams. The Mavs hope to land a viable sidekick for Dirk and the Celts hope to re-sign Ray Allen.

Good days for Dallas and Boston. Can't wait for these jerseys to hang in the rafters.
